Norican Group is looking for a Regional Sales Support Manager for High Pressure Die Casting


The Regional Sales Support Manager is based within CPI Die Casting providing:

• Technical sales support to the region (one point of contact): EU West / EU East / India
• Commercial sales support to the region (one point of contact): EU West / EU East / India

General tasks:

•  Market Analyst
•  Product Specialist (technical)
•  Sales Support

Specific tasks:

• Supporting the Regional OEM sales activities related to the CPI offer – technically and commercially
• Identifying opportunities to improve OEM Products or add to existing portfolio
• Follow up on competitor activities in the region
• Establish contact and build up relations to end user customer
• Promote Italpresse Gauss equipment in regions
• Participate in symposiums and exhibitions 
• Prepare sales training material
• Give sales training to regional area sales managers
• Maintain market knowledge by participating in customer visits and technical sales activities
• Make internal order handling on orders coming from regions
• Participate in final contract negotiations (nonstandard contracts)

Professional experience & background:

• M.Sc. in Mechanical, Electronical or Automation Engineering or similar
• Broad technical, operational or sales knowledge of foundry industry solutions or similar machinery industry
• Knowledge within foundry technology, processes and products
• Knowledge within contractual matters and commercial conditions
• Market- and competitor knowledge within the product portfolio
• Experienced in customer contact and presentation technique
• Fluent in English in writing, speaking and experienced in international communication and relations
• Speaking German is an advantage 
• Experienced using Microsoft Office Programs (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
