As a corporate business we are held accountable for our actions and we take this responsibility very seriously.

These responsibilities run through three of our four core values as a business:

  • leading for sustainability
  • developing employee talent
  • respecting diversity and teamwork
  • delivery on every commitment

We strive to embed the highest standards of sustainable, ethical and good conduct deep in our culture, in our behaviors and practices.

It means we can and must always do better. Every year!

Sustainability

At Norican, we’re committed to leaving the planet better than we found it. The industries we serve must decarbonize to protect future generations—and we can help. Our technology brands play a central role in global industrial processes and have the power to drive meaningful change. Sustainability begins with us, but our impact extends further. This report shares our progress in 2024

Building momentum with strong financial foundations

  • €492.9 m in revenue - up 3% from the previous year, reflecting steady demand and disciplined growth.

  • EBITA of €72.2 m - a 7% increase YoY, lifting our margin to 14.6% (+50 basis points).

  • Operating cash flow of €66.2 m – driven by strong net income and stable working capital demand.

Throughout 2024, we maintained robust liquidity and strengthened cash conversion, reinforcing our ability to invest in innovation and scale. We continue into 2025 with momentum and financial strength, ready to build on our success and unlock new opportunities for sustainable growth.

Regional Employee Distribution

Diversity strengthens our teams by bringing broader perspectives, helping us make better decisions and connect with all our customers. Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions

We’re cutting emissions by switching to renewable energy and phasing out natural gas, alongside smaller steps like expanding EV use—adding 19 chargers in 2024 and shifting to EV-only company cars in some regions. We’re also upgrading offices for sustainability, including a new LEED-certified HQ for Simpson. In 2025, we’ll power DISA’s Denmark HQ with renewables and grow solar capacity in China and the Czech Republic.

Taking the lead on modern slavery, corruption and human rights

Our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, including forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor, is described in our Code of Conduct. We have identified potential risks within the business and have effective systems in place to ensure modern slavery or child labor is not taking place in our business or our supply chain.
