- A good school leaving certificate
(intermediate school leaving certificate, vocational high school diploma, or university entrance qualification) - Enjoyment of working with numbers and data
- Very good German and English skills as well as good communication skills
- A solid understanding of business administration

- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and initiative
- A team player, a sense of responsibility, and commitment
