We are looking for a new candidate for a new Non-Iron Business Development & Sales Manager - DISA OEM position. This position is focus on business expansion in the non- Iron Market, strengthen the market development and sales capabilities for products under brands such as DISA, Simpson and others, to capture market share, tap into customer needs and boost brand revenue.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely preparation of data for reporting and analysis.
- Business development ‘Non-Iron Application on DISA Green Sand’.
- Analysing green sand non-iron market, competitors and customers.
- Communicating with customers and potential customers, traveling and establishing relationship with customers.
- Preparing technical proposal based on customers’ needs with support from technical & application colleagues.
- Preparing quotes & contracts and negotiating with the customers.
- Cooperating with other departments for various working stage, including Application, Technical, PM, Supply chain, AM, Financial, HR & Admin, and Marketing etc.
- Participating in exhibitions, congresses and seminars etc.
- Keeping close relationship with the customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain individual account in CRM.
- Fulfilling sales budgets assigned.
Technical Skills:
- Engineering with a bachelor or above, with the major in foundry, material or mechanical engineering.
- Over 5-year experience in foundry equipment/material sales and similar industry background.
- Familiar with green sand non-iron applications is preferential.
- Familiar with Aluminum/Bronze/Steel foundry applications.
- If it comes from the following industries, priority will be given to them.
- The better come from Consumable, Moulding or Core Machine or Die casting machines, Sand suppliers to foundries Etc.
- Strong sales skills.
- Strong soft skills, such as: Communication, Listening, Value selling, Resilience Adaptation, Organized/structured working, Quick response, patient, loyal, well-organized, disciplined, Team Building, Strong team spirit
- Hunter type sales personality, Self-driven
- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word etc)
- Fluent English in both written & oral
- Necessary commercial knowledge for sales budget, negotiation and contract.
- Presentation, Be able to create presentation or modify as per the requirement of supervisor.
Specific Tasks:
- Supporting sales forecast
- Participating in necessary training
- Travel frequently
- Prospect (potential) foundry visits
- Visit related exhibitions, events etc
- Preparing customer visit reports
