Effective August 1st, 2025: The legal name of the technologies & brands of SIMPSON and StrikoWestofen will be Norican Group North America Inc.
We are excited to inform you that the US legal entities Simpson Technologies Corporation and Striko-Westofen-Dynarad Furnace Corporation will merge into Norican Group North America, Inc.
All Norican Technologies in the United States as of August 1st will be consolidated into the Norican Group North America, Inc. name. This includes DISA, Simpson, StrikoWestofen and Wheelabrator.
Combining our US business entities will allow for more efficient operation and simplified transactions with our valued customers–one supplier, one warehouse operation, and one set of terms & conditions. Although our brands will now have one legal entity name in the United States, the powerful brands of DISA, Simpson, StrikoWestofen, and Wheelabrator with their innovative products and market-leading support remain the same. This update reflects our continued commitment to improve our efficiency and ability to provide you the high level of service and industry-leading solutions you’ve come to trust.
What this means for you:
• No Change to Ownership or Operations: Our brands, leadership, team, and services remain the same strong teams you have worked with and grown to trust.
• Invoices & Contracts: Please update your records to reflect our new name. All future transactions, invoices, and communications from Simpson and StrikoWestofen in the United States will now be under Norican Group North America, Inc. Please update our supplier name in your CRM systems, accounts receivable or payable database and ERP systems. Our address does not change.
• Banking & Tax Information: You will find the banking details on our invoices and purchase orders. Please click the download button below to obtain an updated W-9 form.
