Head of Sales, India

Norican Group is looking for a passionate Head of Sales who will be based in India with sales responsibility for all Norican technologies and solutions.

Activities / Responsibilities: 

Responsible for sales of Norican technologies and solutions in India.

Working directly with customers, agents and Norican employees. 
Assisting Norican head of business in India with customers' key technical requirements, making value proposals, developing differentiators.

Qualification & Experience:  

  • Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical/Metallurgical 
  • 8-10 years of field sales experience in Capital Equipment 
  • Should be willing to travel extensively in India (& sometime abroad) 10-15 days a month
  • Experience in technical and commercial negotiations 
  • Good relationships
  • Candidates with Application Engineering Knowledge/ Maintenance Knowledge in the field of Aluminium Die Casting Industry, or High Precision Die Casting with Selling aptitude.

Reports:

  • CRM updates regularly – Prospects, Leads, Quotations pending, status, orders received, orders lost, competitors activity, Customers long term plans, etc., 
  • Quotation for standard product – creation and submission, follow-up
  • Orders/Payment collection reporting.
