The former CEO of Wheelabrator Group, and previously the COO of USFilter Corporation, Robert now heads the Norican Group and drives the Group’s strategies. He lists his passions as customer satisfaction, his family, travel and shareholder value.

The former CFO & Treasurer at Wheelabrator, Mr. Matsuyama now serves as CFO for Norican Group. He brings to his role a passion for improving the business and wide ranging experience in various industries from serving in companies like Arthur Andersen. He has been with the group since 2003.

Ian started with Wheelabrator Group in 2003 as Senior VP and General Counsel. Previous experience was gained at Coors Brewing Company, CH2M Hill Capital Services, Inc., and Waste Management International plc amongst other companies.

After holding senior positions at NKT Cables A/S and Unicon A/S, Peter joined DISA in 2007 as the Executive Vice President Operations. Peter enjoys kite-surfing and motorcycling.

Andrew started with Wheelabrator in 1989 and became Executive Vice President, Global Wheel and Air Technology in 2007. He loves cycling and mountain biking, ornithology, cricket and spending time with his family.

Clifford joined Wheelabrator in 2004 to form and build the Wheelabrator Plus division. Previous experience includes senior positions at API Group PLC, Applied Optical Technologies PLC and Kenrick & Jefferson Ltd. A keen motorcyclist, Clifford also enjoys golf and is a qualified UEFA football coach.

Erich joined DISA in 1998, and from 2004 was the EVP Sales & Marketing of the shotblast division (located in Switzerland), before taking up his new role in Shanghai in 2010. Erich likes to learn about and experience foreign culture, he enjoys a wide range of sports and spending time with his family.

Viraj joined DISA India in 2007, after working in senior positions at TATA, Timken, SiemensVDO & Caparo. Viraj enjoys the theatre, music, movies & spending time with his family.

A cricket (spectator) and cycling (active) enthusiast, Vic was the Financial Controller at Wheelabrator Group before moving to his current position at Norican Group, he has been with the company since 2000.

Bo started as the CIO of DISA in 2005, and now manages the Information Technology department at Norican Group, ensuring that the company is well-connected and using the best and most efficient tools. Bo enjoys running, golf and skiing.

Vanessa joined Wheelabrator Group as Global Marketing Communications manager in 2004. She is passionate about building, developing and protecting the Group’s brands. Outside work, she enjoys shopping and trips to the theatre.
